"SCUT-IRAC HCCLIB" handwritten Chinese character samples database contains 3755 Chinese characters , 94  alphanumeric,and symbolic characters in high resolution (300 DPI) binary image. The database is intended to provide data for Chinese OCR research and development. The database is available for purchase.
